Here is some legal jargon.

Pre-Sale Spots: If you bought a pre-sale spot, please e-mail me for the day in January you would like to reserve. If I do not hear from you by December 20th, I am going to use the first-come-first-serve method of organization.

Shirts: You are not limited to T-shirts. I know a lot of companies make collared shirts, long sleeve shirts, jackets and even flannel turtlenecks. Obviously I'd rather not wear a long sleeve shirt in the middle of the Florida summer, so please be somewhat conscious of the four seasons. I reserve the right to not wear a shirt sent to me on the grounds that it is offensive, inappropriate, in poor taste etc. I mentioned a pink Carebears shirt on the About page, so that should give you a good idea of what I am okay with. I will wear pretty much anything as long as it doesn't have racial slurs, naked people, you get the idea! If there are any questions about the content of your shirt before buying please e-mail me.

Sick Days or Days I Can't Wear Shirts: This is something I have thought about and I can't see it being a problem. If I am sick, I am still going to get dressed. If I am at some fancy wedding in Maine, I will still wear your shirt under the tuxedo, and make sure I get lots of pictures on the dance floor. I do plan on taking vacations during these 365 days, hence sending your shirt to me in advance. I want to make sure I have a nice pile of wonderful shirts to wear no matter where I am in the world. Remember, you can always buy any day(s) of the year in advance to lock in certain important company announcements, your grandmother's 80th birthday or if you want to propose to your significant other in a fun-internet-way.

Shipping Shirts: It will be easier for both parties to have you ship me your company's shirt, I wear an X-Large in most shirts and if you are concerned about sizing, please e-mail me. I do not require that you overnight your shirt to me after purchase, but I would like to receive the shirt no later than 1 week prior to your day of purchase. If I do not receive the shirt a week before your purchased day and haven't been able to get in touch with you via e-mail, I reserve the right to draw your logo on a white shirt with a sharpie and wear that. Keeping 365 shirts in line, in order and arranged neatly in my closet will take some time. Please be sure to include a business card or some other form of contact and company information when mailing your shirt. As mentioned before, I'd love for you to send along any other items of clothing or products of yours to discuss while wearing your shirt!

Don't have a shirt? If your company hasn't had the time to whip up some shirts, I am happy to take care of the shirt printing process for you. I will be using Zazzle.com or CafePress.com for any shirt prints. The cost of having me print your shirt is $25 (added on to your day price). This money covers an XL American Apparel T-shirt with your logo printed on the front (size specifications to be determined) and shipping costs. Please send me your company logo in an EPS/PNG format, preferably a vector image as they are best for printing. I will invoice you separately for the shirt printing.

Buying Process: I have tried to make the buying process as easy as possible with PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal member to make a purchase and you can pay using any major credit card. If you have any issues during the buying process, please e-mail me and I will do whatever I can to fix them. If you want to buy multiple days, weeks or even a month, please e-mail me and I can save you the hassle of doing it manually.

Refunds: There are no refunds with exception to cases I deem relevant. I don't mean to sound all high-and-mighty, but what do you need a refund for? I am just wearing your shirt. If there is an error in the payment process, a refund for the appropriate amount will be given.
